Default Explanation of infraction points received please

Just received the following PM and there is NOTHING insulting in there that I can, please can you highlight the bit which is a problem?

As I always thought that things which so strongly hinted at a commerical interest would not be allowed even if they didnt contain your company name explicitly.
This one seems to have been missed in with all the comedy vanilla ice pictures etc.
