Think Karlos meant the manifolds seen on the other page have been on a few peoples cars and seem to have made a positive difference, ProjectRS for instance runs 2 bar (or more?) and hasn't hurt his engine because of lean mixture on one pot. Although as pointed out nothing has been flow tested, so we don't know.
Think bad distribution would become more of a problem on boost, not to mention critical on boost fueling, go lean on high boost and your in for a shitty trip home.
