I dont think thats a grey area at all.

People committing criminal offences tend to be the scum, and the people reporting them are normally decent folk.



Ridiculous lower class attitude that somehow helping the police do their job against the people who really are scum is somehow a bad thing not a good thing.


I dont like the police much but I certainly prefer them to muggers and rapists and theives and drug dealers
