Hi guys,

I've got a 2002 Mondeo TDCI that's starting to have a few issues. I've got an OBDII scanner, but it doesn't appear to be compatible with the car, from reading up it looks like pre 2004 it didn't support OBDII. (Either that, or my cheapy OBD reader has given up the ghost)

So what standard does it use? Because the socket's there under the steering wheel.

I just want to read off any ECU error codes that might be present. More than happy to use laptop based cable and software.
