I am trying to build this on a budget so new pistons is out of the question the bore and stroke is exactly the same on both the l4 engine and red top turbo so should be less work than a ztech and as I already have the pistons to do this I'm now committed to doing it this way. I think you would get 250 with std pistons and a decomp plate, @ a bar of boost on a good sized t3 turbo. Are the gudgeon pins the same size on both c20let and I4? if the bore size is the same then its easy i suppose, give the bore a hone and put the pistons in with a set of new rings. Worth bearing in mind that those pistons arent forged though, just good quality pressure cast items what engine management are you running?
