is there much of the bolt protruding?? if so you can get stud extractors.
if not your gonna have to drill them out and clean the threads up with a tap.
one note though its very easy to drill the whole off centre which makes it a little more difficult.
afraid not mate its snapped clean off and its flush with the floor so think ill have to drill it!
