true, the cost of the mods does add up you you would never sell your car for that much in a million years because it is worth far less.

however, should god forbid the worse ever hapen like scum nicking it and burning it out if your insurance company are willing to accept that value then thats the only way your ever going to get your money back for it.

as for the high premium, the area you live in has a MASSIVE effect on it. thats why i'm glad i'm in a low crime area as i'm saving a good few hundred quid compared to other areas.
