Very doubtful if a cts will stop it from starting, as for the tps this is also doubtful, unless it showed no reading, test the tps 5v input and varying output with the ignition on with a multi meter.
Have you checked for a spark, checked for fuel reaching injectors, is there any rail pressure there ?

ya i have full and spark don't have a multi meter
i heard that someone replaced the cps what does it stand for
