£100 +vat from ford is about what i was quoted for a rear lock on my mk1 focus. got one from a breakers for £25 all in. althoug it doesnt exactly match the old one as when i press the unlock button once to just open the drivers doow it opens the rear door with the salvaged lock in it too

still i'm not fussed about that as i normally open the whole car up anyway
