because you are starting for a non turboed car, with out any doubt the chepist way is frs engine, look for a someone breaking a frs i bet you would take full running gear off them for 2 to 3k as you'll need everything might even get brakes and box at that money
or there is the option of making own

presuming you get a suitable inlet between the 2? if not £50 to £70

managment mega suqirt is prob chepist fuk nos £210 unbuilt
2nd hand on manifold t3 £100 to £400
adapotr plate for manifold £70 quid
gaskets and stuff £100
FRS cooler 650 airtec
exhaust system £300 to £500 quid
then you have to build it ans map it and sure i missed loads of shit out, and its not goin to be anywhere near as good ans FRS set up
might do in on 2k but it'll be basic
