get a key made from a door lock, peice of piss
doesnt help with the immob probs you will have but half way there

teh code can be taken from a door lock and if the locks match its the best £4 you will spend, you can then remove the locks to swap the whole system inc ecu or get a coded key cut then code it later when its rolling again

dont go drilling anything (if you really have to just go 1 mm each time and you sill soon get to the point where the lock falls to bits and you can dig each bit out til you turn the rear to get it all out)
