Might be worth getting the belt done while out as it's less labour for the mechanic so should save you a few bob.I'd guess,engine in/out,belt/tensioners etc done,plugs,oil,filters,coolant refill,exhaust gasket/paste should come in with parts about £400?
I'm not 100% on that but as long as the parts come in round £120 that's not bad business.
have you actually worked on one of these?
i wouldnt remove and refit engine in one of these for £150 as a cash in hand job never mind through work.
also a cambelt kit alone is going to be a minimum of 100quid on these parts only then you have water pump etc.... then if alternator belt tensioner is knackered thats another £90 the list is endless mate allthough i do think the garage are trying it on
