have you actually worked on one of these?
i wouldnt remove and refit engine in one of these for £150 as a cash in hand job never mind through work.
also a cambelt kit alone is going to be a minimum of 100quid on these parts only then you have water pump etc.... then if alternator belt tensioner is knackered thats another £90 the list is endless mate allthough i do think the garage are trying it on
