Am getting charged 20 quid to have a steering rack sent to me from an ebay seller after the initial postage costs in the ad said £12 by 48hr Parcel Force.

He is now saying it costs more to post to where im at in the country !

I was under the impression that Royal Mail/Parcel Force charged one price to deliver it anywhere in the UK !

I stay in an IV postcode which is Inverness-shire, i know couriers sometimes charge more for delivering out here but thought RM/PF would be the same no matter where its going !
