you should be able to swap it all over including ecu (might have to include locks and keys though for the imobiliser and alarm system), mounts, wiring loom, etc and might just be easiest to swap clocks over.

i wouldnt have thought it to be a quick job as your bound to hit problems but i'm sure the main bulk of the conversion will be straight forward and at least having the donor vehicle if you find say the sub frames are different at least you can swap them.
