They use RAC and RAC's service is top notch.AF however were crap, I cracked the windscreen on my Corrado years ago and I rang them etc and they said to call rac and sort it out. Long story short RAC fitted the screen and billed me £1200!!! I said no my excess was £60 as on my policy (which was in my hand)

Got AF on the phone and they said they wouldn't pay untill I had payed my last installment. So as the screen was fitted I had to put it on my Dads credit card, and they payed me back 10 months later.

I wouldn't ever use them again
