anybody know what these are like, (the 1.6, 1.8 models) for reliability?

My sister needs to trade to a cheaper car to run that is more practical with the kids, so selling her CTR and looking for someone more in keeping with her situation.

Been looking at the mk2 focus and you can pick them up for about 5k which is about what she would get for her ctr.

The mk2 appealed as also she wont be getting a heavy spec'd car, they look pretty modern inside and out.

Anyone got any views on them in terms off issues, especially at the 5k area for a 2005 plate with around 50k on the clock?
