to do it using decent stuff you'd need a detailer and there not cheap,dont even know if detailers would hand polish,theyd prob machine polish it,so your talkin £200 upwards depending on how long they spend,a valeter would just use industrial products and would be a rush job and would do more damage to the paint than good with there sponges. would still charge £50 upwards,if you buy it yourself you can spend your own time doing it and still have product left to do it again another time.
