I'd certainly install new followers, the cvh is well known for being hard on these anyway.
Depending in mileage it may be wise whilst doing the cam to put on new stem seals/springs etc, but decent std springs will cope with this cam otherwise, the CVH22 cam is very good.
The 32DFT is NOT a single choke as you call it, it has a primary venturi of 24mm and the secondary venturi is 25mm, the main difference is this is operated purely by the position of the primary venturi, and not by vacuum, much better for performance, foot down and both venturis primary 24mm and secondary 25mm are open.
