Not strictly true mate,cat d/c are both uneconomical to repair.cat c could be cosmetic damage but the assessor just decided to cat c it,it literally could be for a scratched side or something,even a headlight smashed on some cars.
It's just a fucking joke really,you don't even need to vic check some cat c's,all down to vosa.commercials do not require vic check from cat c.
