I take it you have amd instead of a proper pc I7 quad extreme. £700 just for processer.

everyday Pcs just dont blow away consoles for graphics anymore. especially when the multi platform games are not designed specifically for pc like they used to be.

Ps3 is 1080p anyway yes FPS may be less but its marginal in quality depending on games.

And pc just has not got the lineup it used to have. And a keyboard and mouse is not better for playing a football game for instance.

Forza or gt5 on pc?

10 years ago i would be completely on your side and today i was about 5 mins from blowing £700 on an i7 and asus super duper motherboard.

Instead i spent £25 and bought heavy rain.

for instance i7 and MB £700
8Gig atleast Ram £200
Crossfire 1gig card £300 x2
Solid state drive £300
52 inch 1080p 1K plus

for what less games and 10% better graphics.

on the other hand £300 and plug into your exsisting tele.

Job done!
