100% sure, MIB staff don't know their own rules, nothing new, same as plod don't know the data protection act, saying can't give you that info, data protection act, even though you/I have just cause so are entitled to it, I kicked up seriously big time a few months back when refused last time, so the data controller has written the rules out for them!!

The 'plod' do know the data protection act. But very few can be arsed with the know it all do gooders that think that by acquiring a certain piece of information it will somehow change the world.
