Are you sure about this? I spoke to a woman at the MIB and she told me about the untraced vehicle cover but said I was unable to claim unless I had a injury as a result of the incident. Who amongst the police do I report it to? My local station? Headquarters or british transport police? If this is the case I've only got till Friday!!
100% sure, MIB staff don't know their own rules, nothing new, same as plod don't know the data protection act, saying can't give you that info, data protection act, even though you/I have just cause so are entitled to it, I kicked up seriously big time a few months back when refused last time, so the data controller has written the rules out for them!!
