You can buy them both pre made (Ryan on here, works for Car Looms UK) or can be done DIY job fan needs a SPST relay and some decent heavy duty wire capable of handling the power the fans draw and a fuse holder. Theres a decent wiring diagram on here in red if you do a search.
These cars never overheat when fans are working properly, this is only true on older cars which had mechanical fans driven from the engine, the Cosworth ones are quiet efficient.
Fuel pump is done in same way although you use original relay as the trigger.
Wiring can be done easier if up on ramp as it makes it easier to get the the actual wiring at the fans and the rad switch, and gives you easier access to pump wiring at the back of car, it's just two terminals on the pump.
