New Land Registry Fees Order
"The Land Registry (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 will come into operation on 1st June 2010."
Tho if they did go up in july 2009 and i got my bill in Feb 2010 its the solicitors fault for not getting the correct amount. You might understand if it was the month the fee's changed but not 8 months later ffs
