I only do 4-5 laps in that as i'm happy with that - the rest of the time I'm a passenger in lots of cars which know the track well.

The passenger laps are really fun, and help you learn the track too. The thing is, it's not just about the track - it's the whole experience - this is nothing like a normal track day, good as they are. It sounds silly, but it's a really relaxing trip. The scenery on and around the track is incredible, as is the local hospitality. There is a constant stream of exotica, and even if you don't do one lap there still doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day. There are lots of spectator points to watch and take photographs, and to lie in the sun. Evenings are spent with good company drinking good beer.

I love it, and next year I'll be taking a much quicker car. I've been the last 3 years, and plan to go many many more times.
