Well, the way to do that would be to put a one way valve in the vacuum line just before the dump valve. It's a common mod to "Block off" the OEM dump valve on Z20LET Vauxhall engines.They tend to use wiper jet one way valves from Halfrauds.
Quicker than removing the valve itself!
