Surely your better letting a good reputable tuning company set them up!?
Yeah bit overkill for just setting the lifter gaps!

Quick guide....
1. Bring cam lobe to top, rotate cam 180deg
2. Insert lifter
3. Fit rocker arm and
TORQUE nut up
4. Meassure gap
5. Remove lifter and adjust
6. Repeat from point 2.
