hi all need help

got white smoke from exhaust on my zetec turbo i have done the head gasket put it is still there

could it be the turbo

also there is creamy stuff still getting into the head under the oil cap is this because the oil and oil filter needs changing due to water getting in to the oil or will it be somthing else

the engine is also idleing bad

can anyone please help
