Dojj, you have misunderstood me I don't immediately kick up a fuss, I understand people make mistakes sometimes but when people are just being pig ignorant a customer needs to kick up a fuss.
fair enough, if i had to go back to a shop and wasn't getting reasonable service for the money i'd given to them, i'd be making a noise too
but in this instance, i would have been making a noise as soon as there was a problem, not waited a few days for them to "get it working"
