well, where to start, 11 hours there, so was absolutely shattered, so we had a drink and a meal and a chilled night,

woke up saturday watched the porsche/bmw/dodge race cars fly round which was awsome just sooo loud and sooo quick !

then the track opened and so did the heavens

so first lap was gonna be a wet one. went out had a potter about and all i said was, "oh my god" and it got louder and louder the further i went

so great, sun was out dry line was out so thought id go for another had another potter and followed my mates cossie about and thought it go off on my own as was a bit slow with him not driving but his mate was

so managed a second lap on the saturday which was good, that night was up to the piston clause ??? for dinner which was amazing im told i have to try the steak on a stone but saved it for the last night,

back to the hotel, i was out for the count but everyone else was up all night with snoring by spanky

sunday morning we awoke to the thickest for ever ! couldnt see the tree 20feet away from the window so awsome

but by 11 it had cleared so off we went 1 lap to refresh the track had a good crack with phil from work, but had a slight problem of cooking my brake fluid oops

so cooled down bled them a little got a tiny bit of air out topped up the fluid ad off again, this time took rory the weekends top camera man, he was out with the camera so we have a good vid of one of my more tame laps, clutch had got a touch hot and wasnt brill so half way round had a minute or so break and the last half was good fun !

the next one was in a 400hp evo which was great fun had a good crack in that and thought id re pay the favour of taking ian the driver out.

now all weekend the was a bit of banter between us was a good crack, he took the piss out of my drum brakes and nankang ditch finders on the back, i said id spank his shonky evo round here you know what its like cracking fun

so off we went, nice half steady first lap as didnt want any probs with my car for the faster second half which i knew better, so second half where i had a idea of where im going we was on a mission plenty of lift off oversteer, loads of flames out the back and no problems, got to gantry under the bridge ? and ian said to me "fuck me that was a 9 minute 50" woooooo im over the bloody moon broke ten mins with shonky brakes shit tyres and a slow first half, absolutely brillian imo for first time there and 5th lap 2nd which was fast

so absloutely chuffed with myslef, a little pat on "kagger" the escort for doing 1000miles and a ragging round the ring, mega proud of her

so back up to piston claus ?? for steak on a stone, and OMG anyone who goes MUST have it ! fillet steak was absolutely lush ! mega mega nice so i would go back just for that

another lovely night sleep for me and not for anyone else, especially when stu ran in wearing boxers completely asleep shouted my cossie is on fire in the workshop and went back to bed

and a early start for the 500 odd mile return ! 10 hours later im here, in one bit and chuffed with a 9min 50 and averaging 83.5mph
