Ive just sent my four away for rebuilding. Had them ultra sonically cleaned but the fault remained. Before hand, i've replaced the fuel filter, fuel metering valve, fuel temperature switch, fuel pressure regulator and had the injectors cleaned. The rebuild should cure the fault, BUT, if it doesn't, the only thing left is the high pressure pump so fingers crossed LOL
Sonic cleaning's a bit pointless on common rail injectors, (from what I've been told anyhow). Did you send them to a Delphi dealer this time?
