We has speeds like this a few months ago, when we rang sky they asked us to explain the "set up". Turns out the guy who fitted it had got 2 wires mixed up and put the wrong connector block in so the internet speed couldnt really go any higher than above. They came out sorted it and put us on 20mb for a month
