The lads do but customer services dont, i was forced to use that card today.

Still didnt get the part today & so didnt bother with customer services again but asked for Dave Featherstone direct. He said it went out last Thursday for Friday delivery. Their system cant do anything for 14 days when its then declared lost. He agreed if it aint here tomorrow he will personally courier a replacement to me at their expense & applogised for my problems.
So yes it does pay to have a name that fellow petrolheads know.
