Anyone else
experienced their dont give a monkeys attitude.
Somewhat over a week ago i ordered a Moquip fitting, it duely arrived but was not what i ordered so i rang to get another one sent out quickly. They wont send a replacement out untill they get the old one back, even though it was their error so i send the item back. The replacement arrives & guess what they have sent the incorrect one back again in the same bag. Im now pushed for time as i want the car at Coombe with replacement Black Braid & fittings. I ring customer services & explain THEIR error but get the same story you pay again or return it, I explained this was down to them can the get the item out pronto, they aint interested & its a 12 year old girl telling me its my problem not hers
. In the end i pay again & hope for the best.
That was last Thursday & ive still not received it so ring up customer services again. Guess what lads its all my fault & my problem they aint responsible for the Post Office if its lost in the post its tough

They have my money (twice) & dont give a shite.
I would have thought they would have used a courier to get a part out pronto & ask me to return anyparts that i receive later.
Its not my week because Merlin Motorsport are proving much the same over a week & nowt. So no Braid & no fittings.
