limp home mode was a piss take,,,,, i told him to rag the car and he kept changing gear at 4krpm..... then i got in to drive,,,,,,,, there was the check engine light on, no speedo working and wouldnt rev past 4500rpm,,,, so i blamed him,,,,, the speed sensor converter thing packed up
as for last night,,,,,,,,,, i didnt see him giving it death as i was in the pub getting drunk at the time,,,,,,, though i DID hear it from the bar,,,,,, over the music which was worrying at the time,,,,,, DOH !!!
im not fussed tbh,,,,, it would have broke with me driving it,,,,,,, perhaps pmsl and to be fair hes offered to buy me a new box,,,,, but its not hes fault and he did help me to fit it 6 weeks ago so all is cool
just need to find a gearbox for a classic impreza OR rebuild one of the 2 fucked ones i now have pmsl
