there fine with a 1.8 but 2 litre are wider so break a bit easyer i have been told your ok for 200bhp if you get the car properly setup so its not runing lean/geting too hot

also been told no problem with 10psi

i bought a decompression plate but went for pistons so i could run shed loads of boost and rag it around a track
