skimming pistons... they potentially take the lot out...
decomp plate or copper gasket perhaps... it fails..... erm??... shouldn't do owt.
what richm and tony pastie did seemed to be effective for 200+bhp and relatively cheaply.
how hard is it to put the FRST fuel rail onto the zetec?? as ive got a 1.8 zetec doing fook all at the mo and a more than enough spare FRST bits and pieces!! hmm
