not always the case mate
weight lifting is different from body building
i can flat 80kg in each hand but only for 3-5 reps
but pointless exercise for bodybuilding
i would go 50-60 kg for mass gaining to get the full reps with good form
but everyone is different and different things work in different ways for people
plus ronnys gear and food intake wont be the same as nor-would his rest and training
