Cheapest I found so far is £1230 for a saxo, corsa etc with I Qube with tracker and pass plus, and that is when he is 18 in a couple of weeks about £1700 at 17 years old.
Thanks to everyone for all there advice, very helpful and I'm sure I'll get it down to a decent level eventually.
