They don't have to, if they suspect that the parents are guilty of insurance fronting they will declare the policy null and void and him and his parents will spend the next many years having to declare that they had a policy cancelled/declared void and both suffer increased premiums as a result. Don't try and buck the insurance company as they are better at screwing you over than you can them.
surely they can't cancel insurance without proof? Otherwise they could just cancel anyone
