Upright row alternatives
Gents,
I have the rare opportunity to hit the gym at lunchtime cos my boss is off today... woohoo!
However, one of my favourite excercises is the upright row using 30 odd kg on the olympic bar and it's been causing me wrist problems recently.
From what I've heard this excercise is notorious for causing wrist injuries so I was wondering if anyone knew of a suitable alternative?
I'm planning to try it with the ez bar but last time I did this it started hurting after a while, hence the swap to a straight one.
