Yeah apparently he blacked out or had a fit while pushing the weight up and dropped it straight on his chest. Was found dead on his bench. He was doing all sorts of steriods etc though at at time though.
i tried a maximum lift in the gym one saturday morning when it was empty on the smith machine.i couldnt for the life of me lift it back up.thank god i managed to get it hooked on and slide out under it.even now when im lying in bed i think back and im like what the hell could have happened if i hadnt been able to hook it on and fell on my throat or something.
