I knew what I had done straight away so that was game over. I'm not normally one for the quacks but I had a restless night last night and read some scare stories on the net last night so I wanted to make sure it was just muscle fibres and not the tendon. Got an appointment this morning and it appears to be fibres so its a matter of resting up and treating it with hot and cold. They only operate if its tendons as the success rate for stitching muscles back together is 50% or less. Takes 4 weeks for the swelling to go down?? If I get a purple tit/shoulder I'll take a pic or two.

I just hope I recover OK and that it doesn't make my chest go deformed. Feels pumped/swollen to hell at the moment and bruised. Like someone has inserted a cricket ball in there.
Nasty shit

I remember hearing my arm break, then the numbness and the pins and needles/ice cold hand... sickening stuff!

Hope it heals up quickly
