If u knock ignition on/ off quick it cures it as a quick fix.glowplug light flashing is same as engine management on petrol car.these vans suffer from leccy/sensor gremlins all the time but should be cheap enough to fix.
i was going to say that as my brothers van has had this problem for about three years and you just learn to live with it ,you just have to be careful at junctions that you have power before you pull out
