Thanks for the info. The Cam/Spark has cleared that up for me as i was getting confused between the two.

The reason why I am getting confused about the TDC issue is that to me if I put the pulley to the TDC Mark that should be ok?

Karl just confused me saying that the car could be 180 degrees out Cylinder 4 firing not 1, so my TDC could be 180 degrees around?
