flywheel...i thought fly wheel bolts were not in an even pattern and therefore could only be fitted one way. never done it before mind but thats what i thought.

cam belt....if its the same as the rest of the zetecs and i assume it is then at tdc the slot in the back of both cams will line up level with the top of the head and you can slide a 5mm bar in to lock them in place (assuming standard cams and standard timing). you can get the 5mm bar and crank pin from your local motor factors, its called a zetec timing kit. the crank pin goes in the side of the block near the flywheel but you will have to remove a little bolt first.

oh and make sure you get a cam belt kit with pulleys and tensioners and while your at it do the water pump and aux belt too.
