Probably a bit late on the reply but I was looking for the same, 3 0 for a Breitling last year. I looked in Singapore, Paris and London. Singapore was the best deal by far and not only was I able to haggle slightly but claimed all the tax back when I left too. On a Breitling, it was a nice saving. Can give you the shop I went to in Singapore if not too late.

Next watch for me will be the Rolex Daytona in black. Have the feature from the paper here and having sold the house, hopefully it is close with the USD at the moment
