it will give it that slight movement these need to not be lethal imo.
even if its just some rubber that compresses a bit over bumps to allow movement.
if i wind my r1 suspension up rock hard it skips about and handles crap, if its got movement its perfect
Pivoting chassis in the middle? that'd make it alot worse! They don't need suspension, go watch some 125/250cc gearbox kart races, ALOT faster round a track than this'll ever be, and they don't have sus

Oh, they're faster than bikes around alot of tracks aswell...
