Got a bit more done just not had time to upload more pics so here we are,
turned from bar to make end plugs on chassis
cut in half
in this shot you can see tube that needs pluging 1 on each side was were front hubs went
getting new front mountings ready for welding in place
jig made to hold in place
front corner tacked in position
both corners in place
side rails to help strengthen chassis along with x bracing
cut origanal steering arm of
turned down and re bored bearing seat as would not fit front hub
turned and reamed sleeve
made seat mountings ready to weld on frame and spacers
mountings in place
steering column mounting bars in wrong position holding to 1 side
so they have gone
turned these
got the column tubes of the old cart
welded on mountings and slide over new tubes
now got center position for column

front hub with new adaptor to take wheels as different pcd

one off header tank, mounts on upper engine mounting along with fuel pressure reg
