ricky asked for more pictures and instructions, so here goes...
You need to get hold of two plastic bits that look like this, these don't come with the kit mentionned in my earlier post:

The one on the right is the one I got from fords, but it didn't fit my bumper bracket. The one on the left came from a breakers, found it on loads of saffs, make sure you bring a 13mm spanner along as there is a bolt going through them into the bumper. While you are there, keep the bolts, you might need them, and make sure you take a left and right hand one from the car, they are not the same.
These babies then locate into the triangular hole in the wing, twist a little and they locate in place, ready to receive the bumper.
Just slide the bumper into them so that the round rubber bit on the T-Piece which is rivetted inside the bumper slots into the plastic brackets.
Then, crawl under the car and bolt the bumper up by threading the bolt from under the wing, through the plastic bracket into the t-piece.
